About us
Over PuurAnkeBewustVoeden
PuurAnkeBewustVoeden begeleidt mensen naar een bewustere, zachtere en vitalere leefstijl.
Met een persoonlijke aanpak help ik je stap voor stap dichter bij jezelf te komen, door middel van voeding, beweging en mindset.
Als praktische basis werk ik met het BenFit programma. Dit programma biedt een wekelijks persoonlijk voedingsadvies, inclusief boodschappenlijst, volledig afgestemd op jouw lichaam, energiebehoefte, leefstijl en eventuele allergieën of intoleranties. Het BenFit voedingsadvies ondersteunt een verantwoord gewichtsverlies tot 1 kilo per week en helpt je balans te creëren tussen de drie pijlers: Voeding, Bewegen en Relax.
Geen strakke regels, maar begeleiding die past bij jou.
Zodat je kunt groeien naar een leven dat lichter, energieker en meer in balans voelt.
